Adhesions that occur after back surgery cause serious pain.
A thin catheter is placed in the epidural space in the spinal canal under sterile conditions to remove the adhesions. The drug that will open the adhesions is applied for 3 days and at the end of the third day, when the procedure is finished, the catheter is removed.
Herniated disc negatively affects social life, significantly reduces work performance, and impairs mental health due to uncomfortable living. Even though there are many treatment options for the disease, excessive surgical intervention deprives patients of herniated disc both from their health and from their jobs.
